ABOUT IMGA
The Independent Medical Group Alliance (IMGA) unites fiercely independent, physician-led medical groups united by a shared mission: to preserve independence while driving growth, operational excellence, and value-based care.
Formed in 2024 by thirteen of the nation’s most established and respected independent medical groups, IMGA was created to fill a critical gap as an organization advocating exclusively for independent practices.
Built on collaboration, innovation, and shared expertise, IMGA members are creating a powerful network designed to:
- preserve autonomy
- optimize operational efficiencies
- drive growth, and
- enhance value-based care
Membership officially opened in 2025 with the Inaugural IMGA Meeting at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, a national gathering of independent medical leaders dedicated to advancing the future of physician-led care.
