The Independent Medical Group Alliance (IMGA) is formed by fiercely independent, physician-led, and physician-owned multi-specialty groups that share a common vision of maintaining autonomy while achieving growth and enhancing value-based care. Founding members include some of the most well-established and respected medical groups in the nation. Together, they will create a collaborative network designed to enhance physician independence, improve clinical outcomes, and optimize operational efficiencies.

IMGA aims to open to new members by 2025, building on the shared experiences and values of its founders.
